Remote Project Manager

Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for designing business solutions and managing the implementation of project tasks from requirements gathering through completion acceptance pertaining to the organizations DocuType solution. The role will also provide account management of customer portfolio and development of new work order opportunities to improve business workflow efficiencies. All project managers are expected to lend assistance when needed to other product lines specified by the Manager of Project Services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis and Project Management
  • Ability to perform business requirements gathering and solution design details for implementation
  • Lead/participate in remote or onsite business solution analysis based on product and industry knowledge
  • Ability to manage internal/external communication for multiple projects on a daily basis
  • Identify opportunities for new work order solutions to meet department and individual revenue goals
  • Create work order proposal of estimated effort in hours, billable cost, and signoff criteria for customer approval
  • Develop and manage project plan tasks assignment, milestone progress, work effort, duration, cost and revenue
  • Lead/facilitate weekly customer project status updates and/or product support issue resolution
  • Direct implementation resource in terms of systems flow, project definition, and utilization of hardware and software
  • Participate in solution acceptance testing to ensure successful production deployment
  • Develop and provide statement of work to support project deliverables and implementation acceptance
  • Provide solution, product demo and business development tasks to facilitate sales initiatives
  • Develop material and provide system management and end user solution/product training
  • Manage deployment of new product implementation and updates to an enterprise Business Cloud solution
  • Participate in advance schedule and resource planning for upcoming 1-3 weeks forecasted project implementations
  • Complete weekly timesheet, project status reporting and budget status
  • Manage project closure process and Go-Live production handoff to product maintenance and support
  • Identify/research critical business gaps for engineering and/or software development escalation
  • Provide technical vendor management, integrations and oversee vendor activities
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the project contract and totals needed for monthly revenue reporti

  • Communicate timely, appropriate project information to project team, sites and company/sponsor representative(s)
  • Establish project reporting schedule with Sponsor representative(s); provide project updates to Sponsor representative(s) on schedule
  • Define timelines, milestones and limitations for project team(s)
  • Establish clear and measurable project operating guidelines with Sponsor representative(s).
  • Project Team Leadership
  • Lead by example with professional and collaborative conduct
  • Develop and deliver team project training
  • Establish team performance expectations and guidelines
  • Provide input to departmental managers of respective team members' performance level
  • Analyze team performance for consistency/quality within established project guidelines
  • Account Management
  • Manager customer account portfolio to maintain regular account management communication calls
  • Develop deep client relationships at all management levels, build client confidence and close deals
  • Drive large deals through teamwork with Regional Sales Manager
  • Understand specific customer issues and define & develop the appropriate response
  • Manage client relationship through delivery and post-install period. Focus on customer satisfaction, service delivery quality, revenue growth and financial profitability

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
