In this role, you will...

  • Work cross-functionally across the company to drive growth in activations, utilization, and retention Leverage data and a ‘growth hacking’ mindset to identify and execute high impact ideas
  • Operate at both a strategic level as a thought partner to department leadership and dig into the weeds in order to move projects forward
  • Be creative, strategic and focused so that Members are inspired and compelled to participate in our offerings

What you will do

  • Operate as a thought partner to department leadership, identifying high value growth initiatives, opportunities for process improvements, and other data-driven insights
  • Utilize tools including Braze, Mixpanel, Tableau, Snowflake, and others in order to analyze historical performance, derive high impact insights, and influence department-wide prioritization
  • Work collaboratively with Care Experience Product Managers, Data Scientists, Design & Marketing, Live Services, and other functions as needed in order to derive insights and execute initiatives
  • Measure the effectiveness of digital and non-digital engagement campaigns, A/B testing, incentive programs, etc.
  • Create monthly and quarterly priorities for specific downstream teams such as data science, data visualization, live services, etc.
  • Partner with data science and analytics to ensure the team is equipped to measure and attribute impact across growth KPIs.
  • Manage and influence weekly reporting for working teams and executive leadership
  • Oversee efforts to create a persona-based, targeted, and predictive communications
  • Work creatively and analytically in a critical thinking, strategic, and problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Help your teammates and other departments in the collective goal of delivering exceptional experiences that lead to Members’ best possible outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, data science, economics, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in collaborating with various roles including product managers, product designers, marketing, data science, and product analytics
  • Technical experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to navigate multiple stakeholders and drive effective execution
  • A self-starter; able to identify opportunities proactively and take initiative when appropriate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with leadership
  • Meticulous attention to details; retain and deploy the specific requirements and nuances that each project and/or client requires
  • Highly organized and accurate; follow processes and procedures, but conscientious about continuously improving or creating more efficient and effective methods
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
