- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience demonstrating strong CS fundamentals.
- At least 7 years experience within Test Engineering
- 5+ years designing and building quality assurance and test automation tooling and practices.
- 3 years proven track record building and managing testing teams while still being a hands-on leader.
- Experience building end-to-end web application tests using test automation frameworks such as Selenium,
- Experience building automated tests for web service APIs.
- Experience performing load testing and stress testing
- Experience using SQL databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Deep experience with agile product development methodologies.
- Experience with server performance and failure monitoring/diagnostics practices and technologies
- Experience handling production incidents according to industry best practices.
- Experience building development practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience setting development and testing policies and practices collaboratively with application engineering, systems engineering, and product collaborators.
- Experience teaching or with K-12 education.
