Senior ServiceNow Consultant - Employee Experience

We are looking for a professional services leader to help grow our Employee Experience (EX) capabilities while delivering high-quality implementations.

The role of an EX Principal / Director is multi-fold:

  • Ensure successful project delivery: Manage a cross-functional team of Consultants, implementation specialists, and technical specialists to ensure successful delivery of all our EX projects. Provide technical/functional direction to teams, manage a portfolio of projects and programs and ensure successful delivery using the INRY PASS methodology.
  • Act as a subject matter specialist: Understand HR and IT industry and ServiceNow trends, form points of view for emerging trends. Be a credible leader through personal expertise and the ability to leverage extended INRY and non-INRY networks to support the team.
  • Build the practice: Hire, lead, coach, and develop the team. Provide engagement feedback to the INRY team to continually improve team and solution offerings.
  • Partner relationships: Build exceptional, partner-of-choice relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders, including product teams, product line sales, and other subject matter specialists.

You will be supported by:

  • Seasoned delivery team and INRY leadership who continuously demonstrates high-quality implementations
  • INRY Product and Customer Success (PCS) team designed to enable customer success before and after the project lifecycle.
  • Robust project delivery methodology, automated on INRY's instance of ServiceNow and supported by a seasoned HR and finance support team.

Job requirements

  • Global management experience in a professional services organization in one (or more) of the following functions (required): HR Service Delivery, HR Operations, HRIS Project manager for platforms like ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience building or working with high performing teams
  • Experience designing and developing service capabilities and managing/delivering service portfolios
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
  • Experience giving presentations. Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong people development, including coaching and mentoring for consulting roles
  • Ability to present technical and services business concepts in a comprehensive and concise manner
  • Ability to interface and develop relationships with clients and partners
  • Willingness to work in multi-disciplinary projects to drive enterprise work modernization

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $115,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
