Fraud and Risk Data Analyst (Remote)

- Conduct broad and comprehensive data analysis for risk objectives, industry trends, and ecosystem needs to identify and enhance our risk decisions.
- Design and test risk policies that enable optimal user experiences
- Utilize internal tools and external data sources for investigations
- Leverage various investigative techniques and sources, including open-source intelligence to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the adversary landscape along with user and buyer behavior.
- Lead and collaborate with critical stakeholders throughout CrowdStrike to align intent, resources, and prioritization
- Demonstrated capacity for innovation and outside-the-box thinking in the creation of new capabilities and processes that are unstructured or exploratory in nature.
- Advanced data query and analysis skills (SQL, Snowflake, Splunk)
- Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional team members such as technical product management, engineering, design, sales, and salesforce teams.
- 2+ years of experience with navigating and creating reports in Salesforce.
- 2+ years with Tableau
- Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving risk problems, driving execution for the long term, and the ability to operate in the details of short-term projects.
- Highly proactive, self-starter capable of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate and inspire cross-functional team.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Experience with Jira, Wiki, and other Atlassian products
