What will you be doing?

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for providing support on various projects or audits, and piloting and executing new processes or improvements. This role includes maintaining the following responsibilities: write and revise quality assurance documentation and maintain training initiatives with both internal staff and external vendors; facilitate projects with Data Reconciliation Specialist and management team.


  • Analyze current processes and procedures providing feedback and recommendations on existing systems and/or processes.
  • Collaborate with Allied team members to resolve problems and implement enhancement requests.
  • Assist with all audit programs currently in place as well as identifying issues for future audit programs.
  • Establish auditing and reconciliation processes and procedures internally and with vendor trading partners.
  • Create and assist in implementation of automated audits and processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments involved in the audit process.
  • Write and revise quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • Report audit and error report findings and develops recommendations for remediation of any identified results.
  • Create custom reports using Excel and Access.
  • Communicate daily with Management to execute a timely correction of workflow errors/ missed batches and notify appropriate department(s) within 24hrs.
  • Provide daily, weekly or monthly audit trends and training suggestions.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Allied’s business needs, systems, and workflows.
  • Assist with various audits and team projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • 2-5 years’ experience with auditing & analysis required, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Word – Intermediate or greater: Create or update audit manuals and training manuals.
  • Excel – Intermediate or greater: IF formula; ability to interpret, review and analyze data, create reports, pivots tables to support leadership in making data-based process improvement initiatives. Macros skills a plus.
  • Outlook – Intermediate or greater
  • Microsoft Access – Proficiency: ability to update or create SQL entries
  • Microsoft VBA – Proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • SQL knowledge and other programming language such as Python a plus.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
