The Catalyst Team is seeking a Senior Planning Analytics Consultant to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Concentrix Catalyst is open to remote locations, excluding Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Interfacing with client stakeholders at various levels and roles in the organization. Being able to listen, understand their needs, elicit requirements, and collaborate with them on technical solution designs.
- Designing and developing premium technical solutions for clients in a highly iterative business centric delivery model.
- Managing and meeting delivery milestones and service level agreements with clients and stakeholders.
- Providing expert technical advice and guidance to project team members, client stakeholders, and our staff.
- Contributing positively to our team culture & the Business Insights Guild by joining Communities, sharing best practices, and participating in team events.
- Being a strong self-advocate in partnership with your Career Advisor to structure and implement your career Learning Path to evolve your technical and consulting skills.
Qualifications
- Finance background in planning systems implementation (IBM TM1/PA, Anaplan, Hyperion, Planful, OneStream, others)
- Advanced to expert level IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, PAW & PAX expertise required.
- Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Sales, Supply Chain, HR or Finance strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, ability to interpret analytical results and present findings
- Strong business and financial savvy
- Retail, healthcare, technology, transportation experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate with internal and external customers (includes communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences).
- Ability to document the business requirements and create technical solutions based on functional requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, vendors, and global teams.
- Strong logical, analytical, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the keen ability to anticipate and avoid problems.
- Strong tenacity and ability to overcome barriers due to technology, process, or people.
- Strong customer and user experience focus with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Broad technical knowledge including relevant industry trends, flexibility, and adaptability regarding learning and understanding new technologies, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Intermediate SQL with demonstrated proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Business Finance, Accounting, or another relevant program is required
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related IT fields is desirable.
- 5+ years of related experience working with Enterprise Performance Management Systems, Business Analytics and Business Intelligence strongly preferred.
- Exposure to business intelligence solutions like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Alteryx strongly preferred
