Product Management Advisor, Express Scripts

Description of Position:
We are looking for a Product Management Advisor to join the team and play an important role in supporting our portfolio of Express Scripts Payment Integrity SolutionsSM products.
This position sits within the Regulated Markets Solutions team with a primary focus on our Subrogation services.
The position includes a blend of product development, project management and product management roles to successfully manage products through each stage of the product life cycle and ensure return on investment.
This position will report to the Product Management Senior Manager and work closely with a cross-functional team of other Product Lead Analysts, Advisors, Senior Advisors and Senior Managers. This position may serve as primary back-up to the Subrogation Product Management Senior Manager.
A successful candidate should be perceived as a creative, strategic and reliable problem-solver with an ability to build and implement product strategies consistent with Cigna’s vision.

Position Details:
Product Management
Review new state or federal guidance/regulations to identify potential impact to Subrogation, assess business requirements to maintain compliance and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
Serve as the Subject Matter Experts for RFP responses, PBM implementations, product upsells and audit support
Leverage expertise to influence strategic direction with clients and external industry organizations (NCPDP, NAIC, PCMA, etc.)
Work with cross-functional stakeholders as part of standard product management and development activities (e.g. writing/reviewing business requirements, oversight of code deployment, issue resolution, Compliance reviews, etc.).
End-to-end project management of deliverables (break-fix, new guidance or enhancements)
Issue Management
Facilitating issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
Investigating data integrity and issue documentation.
Interface with Account Teams and Clients for inquires and issue resolution.
Managing RSAM adjustments
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to provide support for product issues and ensuring that issues are resolved timely.
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external government (e.g., Medicare or Medicaid) and commercial insurers, or entities acting on their behalf, seeking reimbursement for claims paid out of order or should not have been paid at all by

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in related field/discipline or relevant experience
Experience in product lifecycle management working in Agile environment required
Background in project and program management strongly preferred
Strong organizational, leadership, communication and presentation skills required (oral and written)
Experience with PBM operations, pharmacy adjudication and industry standards such as NCPDP and NAIC are highly desired.
Critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills with excellent organizational agility to resolve issues and generate results
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet tight project deadlines
Strong learning skills and ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
Successful track record as a people manager and/or possesses clear aptitude as a leader
Skilled in review and interpretation of complex local, state or federal guidance and regulations
Advanced MS Excel and SQL skills are highly desirable

This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $86,800 - $144,600, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
