Summary
Driven Data is looking for a Technical Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. This position will serve as the company’s internal subject matter expert on the who, what, where, when, why, and how of all things technical. Do you like being challenged to solve problems? The Technical Analyst is a mission-critical role where you will solve complex customer issues each day. Working with a great team of peers, across multiple teams, you will identify, diagnose, and resolves technical support issues for users of Driven Data technology. By the very nature of this role, not only will your efforts be a critical part of helping Driven Data clients, you will be directly impacting future software development efforts. This position reports to the Director of Software Engineering.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Assist client facing teams in answering technical questions on the client’s behalf
  • Investigate potential technical issues discovered by non-technical team members
  • Act as liaison between non-technical teams and the engineering teams
  • Assist engineering teams in resolving technical issues when possible
  • Track and manage internal ticket system to ensure technical issues are addressed in a timely manner with clear, validated outcomes
  • Participate with technical teams in monitoring business processes
What You Have:
  • Must be able to work, focus, and be productive remotely and work Eastern Time zone hours
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft-centric technical work
  • Experience with T-SQL, MySQL, or equivalent
  • Experience analyzing data, logs, and reports
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical staff
  • Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with UI Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager (other Tag Managers)
  • Facebook Business Tools
  • Microsoft Power Bi
