Job Summary:

A Software Engineer is expected to work independently and with minimal assistance in completing coding assignments as assigned.

• 
  Analyze inbound customer data to determine the optimal methods for incorporation into the Analytics Warehouse
• Create, test, and implement SQL Server Stored Procedures for integration of customer data
• Use Benefitfocus standards to validate the integrity and completeness of data
• Effectively identify and communicate Data issues to Client Team
• Use Jira Kanban Board and source control tools to track and document all development
• Create Automated solutions to eliminate the overhead associated with inefficient process and data quality issues Desired

• 
  Bachelor Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Business Related Field
• 2 years business experience in Technology and ETL Development
• Familiarity with health benefits, healthcare provider billing, medical coding or similar industry related to healthcare data management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and work with ambiguous requirements
• ANSI SQL Experience
• Familiarity with OOO programming languages C#/JAVA and Visual Studios
• Familiarity with large-volume data import processing with database engines
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word
