The Role:

Collective Medical is looking for talented implementation and systems IT Professional that would like to get in the middle of an actively growing Healthcare IT service provider. This is a fully remote role. You will work closely with project management, development, IT and sales to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of Collective Medical’s software services with new and existing customers.
Professional Service Engineers engage with a wide variety of technologies and systems including, but not limited to: health IT interface engines, HL7 messaging, querying databases, report validation and processing, ensuring connectivity to remote systems, Linux and Windows systems, virtualization and many others. Other teams collaborate, but you will be at the heart of our customers’ successful implementation experience.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of health IT, including EHRs, population health, and HIEs
  • Experience working with IT systems such as HL7 interfaces, sFTP, SQL, Excel, and Jira
  • Charisma, strong personal presence, and experience working directly with customers
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Passion for driving clinical and economic improvement via hospitals and health plans
  • Extraordinary self motivation and experience driving projects to completion
  • Continuous improvement of process and systems
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast paced and fluid work environment
