Project Description:
  • We are seeking an EDI Developer for our client in Austin, Texas.
  • This is currently a remote position, but will be onsite in Austin later.
  • This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship nor in the future
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON W2

Responsibilities:
  • Performs critical and complex software development, maintenance, and testing activities for company systems per approved detailed technical designs and test plans
  • As a technical resource, conducts work planning, EDI specific estimates and designs
  • May mentor other team members on skillset
  • Defines and enforces standards and reusable approaches specific to EDI
  • Regularly participates in analysis and design activities, and frequently works with system users and stakeholders
  • Provides on-call support for production systems often being an escalation point for critical and complex issues (EDI specific)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years EDI Development Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with JPA, XML Schemas, Weblogic server, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, Claim Mapping, 278 Mapping, Encounter Mapping, Supporting of HLE development for EDI work
