Job Title: Application Support Analyst/Engineer II

Summary:
GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Applications Support Analyst/Engineer II to join our team. This is a full-time role and is anticipated to commence as soon as qualified applicants are identified. The Applications Support Analyst/Engineer II is responsible for implementing software applications, coordinating work teams, and providing technical support to internal and external software users. This is a remote role, so you will work from your home office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support our SAAS applications by managing cases, requests and online tools and processes
  • Ensure that client systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide high level of service to our customers while adhering to our SLA’s for response and restoration times
  • Debug existing software applications to resolve issues
  • Assists with implementing software applications, client provisioning, initial data load
  • Assists with developing tools for data load and validation
  • Involved in application testing and debugging
  • Maintains confidentiality on each client’s projects
  • Create productive relationships with and between key stakeholders
  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems in internally developed software
  • Utilizes industry standards and best practices
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Escalate/redirect issues to the appropriate support team/resource
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
  • Walk end users through problem-solving process
  • Work on other assignments to support internal users’ IT needs

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in software application implementation, preferable in Healthcare industry
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting application and operating system issues
  • SQL and SQL Server database and reporting experience required
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external employees and clients
