How you will help
You will provide technical product insight and implementation expertise during the sales process. Your primary focus will be ensuring proper solution design by consulting on technical questions and requirements during initial client engagement, and then, during implementation. This is not a commission based role.

What you will do
  • Analyze technical challenges and architect workflows that leverage HealthVerity solutions while articulating the benefits
  • Lead discovery conversations related to custom configurations and requirements
  • Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs on questions pertaining to the architect, data model and technical differentiation of each solution
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
  • Provide support to our sales team in closing deals and exceeding revenue objectives
  • Be a primary technical point of contact for clients and partners
  • Be the point person for technical implementation of HealthVerity tools and solutions
  • Work closely with Project Management to set expectations and meet deadlines

Desired skills and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a consultative pre-sales capacity
  • Fluent in AWS Services such as S3, VPCs, EMR
  • Experience with SQL and scripting languages (Shell, Python, etc)
  • Knowledge of security requirements, web services, service-oriented architecture, design patterns, and automated unit testing
  • Experienced in programming fundamentals
  • Collaborative and proactive communicator
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (post covid)
