The Data Analysts will turn data into information to assist in the managing of the IVR platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the overall health and the performance of two IVR and call taking platforms.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues within the platforms.
  • Log and troubleshoot issues as escalated by platform users.
  • Uses data to make informed decisions regarding call flows, throttles and contingency plans to ensure platform integrity.
  • Manage edge and port counts and adjust architecture as necessary.
  • Work with other internal departments to allocate staffing by platform.
  • Work with vendors for upgrades and maintenance to platform.

Experience & Education Requirements
  • Background in technology and networking is preferable with knowledge in sip trunks, transfers, call routing. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting.
  • Design database reports based on the requestor’s requirements in support of key business strategies.
  • Perform queries, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis in order provide reporting solutions.
  • Monitor customer usage, upgrades, and reporting tools; monitor queries and ensure security of various components.
  • Create user guides and may train users on use of database reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
