Growth Marketing Manager - Humble Bundle

Humble Bundle launched in 2010 with a mission to support charity by selling awesome games at great prices. Since then Humble has grown into an online store selling bundles of games, ebooks, and software; a subscription service; and game publisher. In 2020, we raised 28.8 million for charity and since inception, Humble has raised over $191 million for charity continuing on its mission to be a force for good.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is data driven with a knack for creatives and can launch profitable paid ad campaigns on multiple networks from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently drive new user acquisition and retarget existing users via paid campaigns
  • Ideate and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance
  • Monitor, optimize, and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis
  • Identify, explore, and prioritize new acquisition marketing and growth opportunities
  • Cultivate a culture of data-reliance to generate continuous and incremental gains to key performance metrics
  • Analyze results and provide performance insights for stakeholders.

Experience/ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing as an associate or analyst, ideally in the video games and/or ecommerce industry
  • Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaign across a variety of channels
  • Good understanding of marketing analytics
  • Able to analyze ROAS, provide insights, and proactively suggest campaign improvements to improve performance and customer lifetime value
  • Mastered and owned multiple digital channels
  • Expertise in Excel and familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Mode, Looker, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing copies, creatives, and audiences.
  • Ability to influence & partner with stakeholders to ensure shared vision
