Technical Support Representative - POS System (Remote)
Metispro is an iPad based Point of Sale System Solution company based in Berwyn PA. We are looking for a full-time contract or salaried Technical Support Representative who can communicate with clients and perform troubleshooting with POS issues including basic network connectivity issues.
The candidate should be flexible to work in the shifts including the weekends if needed.
Additional responsibilities for the position include:
Resolving Trouble tickets with the given SLA
Communicating with clients
Understanding POS reports.
Scheduling Installs and equipment activities
Basic knowledge of writing simple SQL queries is a plus.
