Job Title: Senior Manager, FP&A

Location: Work From Anywhere (WFA) in the US

About T he R ole :

The Senior Manager, FP&A is an integral role responsible for critical activities related to budgeting, forecasting , financial modeling and pricing and revenue management activities in an industry leading company. This person will work closely with Executive’s and key leaders in the organization offering have high level visibility of the entire organization. This role requires deep technical finance expertise around revenue recognition, modeling in excel and other systems as well as soft skills for effective partnership with senior leaders across matrixed and global teams.

This Is What You’ll Do :

  • Support reporting and analytics needs including cash flow (DCF) modeling, KPI’s, reports and dashboards

  • Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process, providing strategic financial leadership to the business

  • Manage the preparation of various monthly financial and operational reporting across assigned departments of the business.

  • Assist in defining and consolidating requirements across internal teams to ensure metrics and KPI’s provide visibility into the key drivers of the business and enable effective management, decision-making and execution

  • Perform complex analyses related to revenue drivers and trends, financial planning and provide recommendations to senior management to achieve strategic goals

  • Develop competitive pricing databases to monitor changes in the marketplace and their impact on the organization

  • Collaborate with Executive’s and senior leaders to s upport global headcount modeling and planning

  • You will maintain and improve existing models and metrics, while developing and introducing new analytical frameworks that enhance insight, efficiency and decision-making speed.

  • Manage pricing analysis to support promotions and new product releases

This Is What We're Looking For :

  • 6+ years of experience in , financial planning and forecasting, budgeting, reporting, revenue management, corporate FP&A and business finance related areas

  • Prior experience with Technology or Cloud based services companies is preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred

  • Very strong communication/ presentation skills with experience creating and delivering effective presentations to executive leadership

  • Outstanding work ethic: driven to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities is essential

  • Proven effectiveness partnering with operational and corporate leadership in FP&A support

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficient Access, PowerPoint and Word , SQL skills required

  • Must have the ability to strategize and assess market, product and financial measures and translate findings into actionable business opportunities.

  • Solid understanding of database systems and the ability to organize & optimize data for accuracy.
