SCOPE:
March of Dimes is looking for a data analyst to join the CRM team. This person will be a key member of the CRM team, within the Information Technology Department. They will be responsible for all aspects of data hygiene, from meeting with stakeholders, to defining and gathering requirements, through the development of processes and procedures - all with an objective of improving our data quality and in doing so, increasing our overall productivity.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Evolution

Develop, execute, and own, a CRM data hygiene model. Define data standards, evaluate data import channels, write logic for data transformation procedures, evaluate and enhance existing procedures for identifying and merging duplicates, identify opportunities for data appends. Take data quality seriously and be passionate about maintaining a clean, organized, and consistent database.

Work with internal teams to identify larger-scale system changes and necessary integrations, gather requirements, develop specifications, work with external and/or internal technical resources to implement changes, and conduct thorough data testing.

Use SQL to collect data to identify anomalies in import procedures, and to ensure compliance with data standards.

Lead a CRM data stewardship group with a focus on improving data quality, creating processes and procedures, data documentation

Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements

Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities pertaining to the enhancement or manipulation of data to achieve organizational goals

Administration of our CRM environment

Lead and manage necessary integrations with other systems
Develop and maintain CRM technical architecture diagrams
Manage platform configurations

Support our staff

Assist with CRM support requests, responding to user questions and requests
Use SQL queries to retrieve business information, respond to ad hoc requests and develop business intelligence dashboard

Develop and maintain CRM related training materials and documentation

Position Qualifications

5+ years of data management experience, preferably in a CRM environment
Ability to author SQL statements of intermediate to advanced complexity
Experience testing complex data routines
Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations

A strong work ethic to work independently to complete projects, or lead efforts, and pull in resources from other departments as needed

Experience defining and implementing data hygiene processes, preferred
Experience working in ROI Solutions, Revolution Online CRM, preferred
Experience building reports in Microsoft Power BI, preferred
Experience in the non-profit industry, preferred
