Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Software Engineer - Job Summary
Oracle Cloud Financials/SCM Techno-Functional software engineer responsible for day to day operations and executing key initiatives for ERP IT Support team. The candidate must have 7+ years of ERP support experience with at least 2 years in Oracle Cloud, with a deep understanding of Financials and/or SCM business processes. Experience in Oracle integration technologies (OIC, SaaS, PaaS, Java, PL/SQL) is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials/SCM configuration.
Essential Job Functions
  • Configure Oracle ERP to suit business requirements
  • Ability to gather and analyze requirements from business users and translate them into system requirements
  • Guide business users with optimal system solutions. Proactively identify areas for improvement and address them promptly.
  • Interact with business users on regular basis to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Perform documentation as required
  • Assist users with training and testing
  • Build integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and external systems using web API’s and other integration methods
  • Act as a liaison between business users, technical developers and senior management
  • Build reports using Oracle reporting tools, like OTBI, BIP & Smart View
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently on projects
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Accounting or equivalent degree or experience
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP, with at least 2 years in Oracle Cloud
