Who You Are
You love technology and aspire to be a product manager. You love writing SQL queries, building charts and analyzing data in database. You like to try out new apps and new websites. You understand how funnel conversions work and you like to find out why the flow is built in such a way. You are a self-starter with a desire to work in a dynamic, startup environment. You have a great memory and can multi-task. You are organized, good at taking notes and good with Excel. You can follow instructions but also be able to execute with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct lookback analysis by analyzing data in MixPanel, Google Analytics and our SQL database.
* Present analysis and trend to senior management team. Build charts in Microsoft PowerBI.
* Work with product managers and engineers to validate product concepts and come up with new product ideas.
* Run analysis to improve our realtor matching algorithm.
Qualification:
* Good knowledge of Excel, SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tool. Solid understanding of statistical sampling principles.
* Working experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
* Good understanding of agile software development process, familiar with project management tool such as JIRA.
* Excellent verbal communication and powerpoint presentation skill. Good with documenting processes. not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
* Prior real estate industry experience is a big plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
