- Prepare detailed test cases and participate in application testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test plans and tools to capture test results.
- Perform manual application testing by running test cases.
- Capture and communicate test results.
- Perform quality end-to-end testing on the system to ensure proper system functionality.
- Work with other areas of the business to utilize testing resources.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in a somewhat technical discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in immediate area of responsibility.
- Ability to work on a number of different activity streams concurrently.
- Capable of successfully executing projects and finishing to completion with minimal supervision.
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
