Role title: SAP Success Factors (SF) -EC Testers (2 positions)

Role requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree ;

- 6+ years of consulting or industry experience with Payroll processes and creating test cases. SF-EC knowledge is a must.

-Willingness and ability to undergo certification/training on SAP SF modules including ECP;

- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written;

-Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives;

-Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel;

-Implementation experience using an Agile implementation methodology;

-Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops

Role title: SAP BI Consultant

Role requirement:

-Provide support in defining requirements, developing technical specifications, conducting data flow analysis, and performing/documenting unit testing for report development.

-Experience extracting data from SuccessFactors into SAP HANA using API and ETL tools like Data Services.

-Extensive experience in developing complex HANA models with a strong knowledge of the use of SQL.

-Extensive experience in developing complex models and content using SAP Analytics Cloud .

-Extensive experience in developing complex SAP Business Objects reports using Web Intelligence.

-Hands-on working project experience in SF data extractions, HANA modeling and report development. Analyze technical problems, issues, processes and challenges related to SAP Business Objects and HANA.

-Participate in requirements and functional/technical design session.

-Ability to document and develop technical design documents with the appropriate templates.

The following skills are desired

- Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, Knowledge of SF data model and relationships,

-Ability to provide knowledge transfer and training to client employees.

Role title: SAP SF-Comp Management Support

Role description: Bachelor's Degree ; 6+ years of consulting or industry experience with SAP HCM/ SF Compensation Management (COMP) and SAP ECC Payroll.
