Job Summary: This position requires strong business analysis, technical and functional writing skills along with the ability to apply proven project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of IT systems, practices and procedures in a KanBan development environment. This role will carry the expectation to absorb and retain information quickly, specifically complex functional and technical information.


  • Ability to plan and organize technical infrastructure projects including:
  • Creating project work plans
  • Digital payment processing experience required
  • Coordinating with department management to identify resources and make task assignments along with reporting progress against those assignments.
  • Applying methodology and enforcing project standards
  • Identifying, minimizing and mitigating exposure and risk
  • Ensuring project documentation is thorough and complete for all phases of the project.
  • Conducting periodic status meetings to capture and record project progress.
  • Collaborate with network operations and development staff to collect and interpret technical information
  • Develop, standardize and maintain new or improved processes based on findings and analysis
  • Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood
  • Analyze IT project requirements and prepare requirements documentation.
  • Developing written specifications about the organization’s business systems to be read by both technical and non-technical personnel across all departments
  • Assist in identifying test scenarios and coordinate with QA on testing technical projects
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to define business procedures and establish documentation needs
  • Develop solid documentation for the work being done, identifying challenges and risks as well as coordinating handoffs between multiple vendors and departments for various tasks within the project.
  • Manage and execute IT Infrastructure projects under Networking, Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Server & Storage Infrastructure domains along with new IT Infrastructure projects
  • Work directly with IT team members, vendors, other project leads, and ongoing operations to deliver successful implementation and manage project scope.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices, to achieve common objectives.
  • Ensure that projects meet timeline and budget requirements, using tools such as MS Project, Excel
  • Prepare and effectively communicate project reports and updates to management
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues.
  • Escalate issues to project stakeholders as required
  • Ensure all appropriate documentation, requirements, design and test specifications and other required deliverables are created and reviewed/approved by external and internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and present performance information related to infrastructure projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, organize and manage multiple projects including:
  • Creating Project Work plans.
  • Identifying resources, making assignments, and reporting progress.
  • Applying methodology and enforcing project standards to minimize exposure and risk.
  • Ensuring project documentation through all phases of the project.
  • UI/UX and wireframing experience

  • REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project.
  • Strong experience in writing technical documents for developer use.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing IT projects.
  • Ability to work independently once assigned a task
  • KanBan development philosophy
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to tackle new challenges.
