Basic Purpose

Analyze, coordinate, and create process improvements using RPA/RDA solutions that interact with internal systems. Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes in automation. This process includes requirements, design, proto-typing, and testing custom technology solutions. Provide on-going operational support including upgrades and defect resolution. Working knowledge of the software lifecycle and agile methodology.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure each increment adheres to original version as designed for the user or Process Definition Document to ensure highest quality standards

  • Ensure Automation Center of Excellence Business Process Management and Robotic Process Automation applications meet business and technical requirements, are maintainable, scalable and meet performance standards
  • Lead development UNIT testing to include developing and executing test cases, test criteria, scenarios, and communication with project leads
  • Optimize the user experience by developing compelling and engaging responsive digital experiences through the use of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JS) and coding practices
  • Manages multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals via effective organizational, planning, and time management skills

Qualifications:
  • General experience in PEGA BPM and PEGA Robotics, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar Robotic Process Automation platform - RPA and RDA experience
  • Extensive experience using software tools such as C# .NET, ASP.NET, Appian and Visual Studio and/or web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java script, jQuery, Angular JS, NodeJS, etc.
  • Significant experience with MVC, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and/or other similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of Generic Handler & SOAP, or Rest web APIs
  • Extensive experience in Cl/CD pipelines using tools such as, Gradle, Docker, GitHub, Chef, Nexus, Jenkins, JUnit, Tomcat, SonarQube, Selenium, Cucumber, etc
  • Significant experience in utilizing various development and operations framework methodologies including Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Advanced in Agile Frameworks (SAFE), Autosys / Workflow, Azure API Management, Azure Data Catalog, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, IBM Infosphere, Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Databases, SQL, Tableau
  • Proficient in Cognos, Hadoop, Informatica, Microsoft Databricks
  • Possesses/maintains effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses/maintains effective skills with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
  • Powerpoint, and Visio; artifacts and deliverables are polished and professional
  • Azure DevOps Boards experience is helpful
  • Completes intermediate tasks with minimal assistance.
  • Demonstrates and applies knowledge in IT solution creation and delivery to assigned project/product.
  • Demonstrates competence in planning, organization, and multi-tasking.
  • Navy Federal Service Now knowledge
  • Navy Federal products, services, programs, policies, and procedures

Desired Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Certifications in MS Azure Cloud Fundamentals, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is helpful.

Salary: Level II: $30.00 - $47.00 Per hour
Level III: $72,300 - $123,500 Annually
