The Software Quality Assurance Manager (SQA Manager) at vMOX is responsible for all aspects of quality control throughout the software development cycle. The SQA Manager will be heavily involved in the ongoing development and implementation of rigorous testing methods and procedures to evaluate the software's quality. The SQA Manager will communicate with internal teams as needed to provide feedback and updates on changes, challenges, and progress in the software testing process.

We’d love to find someone who can:
Develop, write, and manage the execution of an overall software test strategy.
Work closely with the entire software development team to ensure full knowledge of the proposed software design and that testing covers all aspects of intended functionality.
Provide feedback on quality to the development team to spur changes in the software development process.
Oversee the design and implementation of validation procedures, test plans, and test cases.
Work closely with clients to ensure proper priority is given to testing the software's aspects most used and desired by the client.
Work closely with customer support teams to keep them in the loop on any issues that may affect the client.
Ensure the management is aware of the progress being made on projects.
Lead efforts to enhance and make the testing process more efficient.
Document found bugs and other software issues, and write reports detailing these issues and the potential problems.
Identify possible coding issues in software and make recommendations for changes to fix these issues.
Conduct software tests and research software testing practices to ensure smooth functionality.
We’d love to find someone who has:
BS/BA or equivalent in Computer Science or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Minimum of 8 years in managerial role overseeing the quality assurance segment of software development preferred.
Ability to quickly learn the systems and languages used by the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) evidenced by the ability to communicate efficiently with participants at all levels within the team and with the customer base.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Prior Telecom Expense Management or Wireless Expense Management experience preferred.
