Job Summary
TestPros is seeking Information Technology (IT) Cybersecurity professionals with an analytical and customer-focused mindset, and an established understanding of U.S. Federal Cybersecurity guidelines, processes and tools. We are looking for full-time employees to fill these roles.
Work Location: Hybrid, work onsite in SW Washington, DC 2-3 days per week and work from home 2-3 days per week - with occasional travel/work other locations in the Washington DC metro area.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support program level security documentation, audit liaison activities, and compliance oversight

activities to strengthen the security program and promote compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

  • Security Documentation Development and Maintenance.
  • Audit liaison support for internal and external audits and data calls for external reporting, including the development and maintenance of FISMA Metrics Reporting.
  • Conduct compliance and risk analysis review of Risk Acceptance requests and manage the Risk Process.
  • Conduct compliance review of information exchange artifacts (e.g., ISAs, MOUs, Bank Transport Layer Security (TLS) ISAs, etc.), ensuring they comply with agency security policy, Federal policy and standards (ex. OMB, DHS, NIST SPs and FIPS) where possible and when not possible, the industry best practices.
  • Manage POA&M oversight, perform monthly reviews to track remediation progress and

delays. Support the team with standing monthly meetings with stakeholders to make
them aware of significantly delayed POA&Ms.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least three (3) years of experience managing security compliance program support teams.
  • At least six (6) years of experience developing RMF documentation in the last five years, including but not limited to: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system security plans (SSPs), program plans, processes, workflows.
  • At least eight (8) years of Information Security experience.
  • At least two (2) years of experience using eGRC tools.
  • Current professional certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent.
  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC CAM tool.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
  • Hands-on experience using the Microsoft Office Project.
  • Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Information Assurance capabilities/tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, CSAM, Xacta, etc.).
  • Experience with all the steps in the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Expertise conducting metrics analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent written communication skills for heavy documentation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for developing and delivering presentations and training.
  • Experience working effectively with several clients or project teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Section 508 accessibility guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience providing advisory services to the federal government.
  • Familiarity with Federal Government's Zero Trust initiative.
  • Familiarity with the NICE Framework.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a government issued clearance.
