At GreenSlate, we make our clients' needs a priority, knowing that our customer service sets us apart from our competitors. We're looking for an outgoing individual with a passion for technology and desire to provide an exceptional level of service to join our growing support team. As the Accounting Application Specialist - Customer Service, you'll be responsible for answering clients' requests, while maintaining a sense of empathy to the client's needs and providing them with a friendly, positive and knowledgeable experience. The goal is to ensure that all users of the company software have the information and tools they need, and the knowledge to use it.

What can you expect?

  • Answer incoming support calls, emails, and chats
  • Complete software project setups and modifications as required by the client
  • Assist with QA testing of new software releases
  • Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required
  • Maintain company user and project database
  • Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users
  • Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary

  • Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software
  • Experience with personal computer and printer desktop support
  • Knowledge of production accounting basics a plus!
  • Excellent listening and communications skills
  • Focused and detail orientated
