Reporting to CSRA Operations Director, Testing Supervisor will lead a team of testing analysts that perform various testing functions in the QNXT claim processing system, including any ancillary applications involved in claim processing. Testing functions include review of system change requests (SCRs), evaluation of claim queries, software update testing, implementation and migration testing, and special projects related to updated requirements. Supervisor will manage inventory of testing tasks and project plans to adhere to department service level agreements for timeliness and accuracy of their review. Position Summary: Supervisor will work closely with management, staff, claims, configuration and IT teams to collaborate on testing processes and test results to ensure successful claim payments to providers. Supervisor will coach staff on their testing reviews to support adherence to department policies and procedures, and to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied through the system updates. Supervisor will ensure that tasks related to testing function are completed timely and accurately and will follow escalation protocols as appropriate. Position oversees non-exempt employees and supervisor may need to be available on nights and weekends for oversight of testing activities that occur outside of business hours. Supervisor will work with testers and business partners to define, develop and maintain test scripts to ensure product testing is complete and high quality prior to sign off, participate in test plan/test cases/test walkthroughs with SMEs to understand testing to be completed and validate actual results of testing vs expected results, and proactively report issues, problems or delays in testing
