We provide advanced sales and enrollment automation software to the insurance industry through our Ascend™ technology platform. Purpose and Objective
Responsible for the maintenance and management of policies and procedures to ensure that Quality Assurance standards are met, as well as for the management and development of Quality Assurance Representatives.
Essential Functions (Primary)
The following are required to perform the essential functions of the job:
- Understands and manages a variety of regulatory concepts, practices, and procedures
- Coaches and mentors Quality Assurance Representatives in a way that results in positive improvement, including managing moral, and the day to day functions of leading a team
- Offers constructive feedback to the Quality Manager for program improvements
- Reviews, handles, and/or tracks deliverables for Operations with a constant eye for details and process
- Able to assist with resolving basic employee conflict
- Leads and tracks calibration sessions whether using Bloom standards or a Client Quality program
- Capable of interfacing with the client in a professional manner when called upon
Additional Functions (Secondary)
- Support Company polices and decisions
- Be able to utilize a multitude of communication style
- Clear and precise written and verbal communication

- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience implementing Quality Assurance best practices
- Strong product and regulatory knowledge
- Ability to change and adapt quickly
- Interpersonal/team building skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and participate on multi-functional teams
- Ability to present QA concepts to groups (subordinates, peers, management)
- Possess strong time-management, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, talk and hear, have close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
