As an Absence, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Operations Digital Technology Solutions Analyst, you will work to successfully enable and implement key global initiatives to support Human Resources Operations. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, able to consult and provide proactive recommendations related to configuration in these areas. The analyst will serve as the primary IT configuration point of contact for the HR teams and should be able to lead high priority projects, as well as provide hands on configuration support. Will also act as Scrum Master for the Digital Technology Solutions HR Operations Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advanced subject matter expert in Workday Absence to support system configuration, operation and administration

  • Serve as Digital Technology Solutions point of contact for Payroll, Time & Attendance requirements

  • Lead projects including gathering requirements, design and configuration, application testing, implementation, enhancements/upgrades, new functionality investigation and deployment

  • Work collaboratively with HR teams to consult, provide recommendations, troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary

  • Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to partners

  • Ensure data integrity by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve, working closely with cross-functional teams

  • Develop and maintain documentation for all phases of development – from requirements to change documentation

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master

About You

  • Workday Absence configuration experience is strongly preferred, will also consider candidates with strong Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) experience

  • Must possess a strong understanding of HR processes and data, business knowledge of compensation processes highly preferred

  • Requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions

  • Communicates complex ideas and is able to translate technical details to non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrates strong written and interpersonal communication skills
